Setting up classes on Revision Village
There are a few ways we can get teachers and students setup on Revision Village, you're welcome to choose whichever option is preferable below.
Option One - add teachers and students yourself
To do this, the Revision Village team need to setup your school package. We'll need to know:
- Total number of students' (split between DP1 and DP2)
- Total number of teachers across your IBDP
- Subject(s) students' are taking
Please email educators@revisionvillage.com with these details to ensure we set this up for you.
You'll need an Admin Account to add/edit/remove teachers and/or students at your school. Please email educators@revisionvillage.com if you wish to have an admin account at your school, you can see an overview of what this is here.
Option Two - send through your class lists, using this Class List Template, we'll set everyone up for you. This will unlock some fantastic new features for your team, such as unlimited monthly assessment quotas, the ability to assign tasks directly to your class without needing to share links separately, and access to enhanced analytics.
If you would like to use the basic setup for teachers and students, please email an Excel file to educators@revisionvillage.com containing the following information for each student:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Course(s) they're taking
- DP1 or DP2

If you are also setting up teachers, we require:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Subject they're teaching
