What Are “Assessments Not in Folders”?
The “Assessments not in folders” page helps teachers locate and manage assessments that have not yet been assigned to a folder.
Any assessment created without selecting a folder will automatically appear in this section. This makes it easier to organize existing assessments later by moving them into folders when needed.
Where can I find “Assessments not in folders”?
To access this page:

Log in to your teacher account on Revision Village

Open your Educator Dashboard

Navigate to the Folders section

Select “Assessments not in folders”
Here, you’ll be able to view all assessments that are currently not assigned to any folder.
What can I do from this page?
From the “Assessments not in folders” page, you can:
• Move assessments into a folder
• Archive assessments
• Unarchive assessments
• Manage multiple assessments at the same time using checkboxes
This page is especially useful for keeping your assessments organized and ensuring nothing gets overlooked.
Why are some assessments missing from this page?
Assessments that are already saved inside a folder will not appear under “Assessments not in folders.” Only assessments without a folder assignment are shown here.
