We're confident you'll get a great deal of value from Revision Village, however if you're not totally satisfied, the following criteria outlines eligibility for a refund.
Revision Village offers a 7-day refund policy, reviewed on an individual basis with their customers. Customers have the option to request a refund within 7-days after purchase. However, it is Revision Village’s sole discretion to approve the refund.
The 7-day refund policy is valid at all times, except within 2 weeks of the November and May IB exam period each year (14 days prior to the first exam over the particular examination period).
In the event the IB exams are canceled for any reason, Revision Village will not necessarily extend their refund policy longer than the 7-day window.
