Overview of EducatorPro Features

We’re pleased to share an overview of how you can make the most of your EducatorPro license.

EducatorPro is designed to supplement classroom teaching by giving teachers access to all RV Gold student resources, along with additional tools specifically built for instruction, assessment, and classroom integration.


Here are some of the key features available to teachers:

Assessment Creation
 Teachers can create customized assessments using our full range of questions, exam-style problems, and resources. You may also visit this article for a full guide on how to create assessments.


Control Over Student Access
 Teachers can choose when students are allowed to access video solutions and mark schemes. Settings can be configured to:

  • Always allow access
  • Allow access only after submission
  • Never allow access

Newton AI Support
Teachers can enable the Newton AI chatbot to assist students while they work through assessments by answering questions related to problem-solving steps and mark schemes.


Newton AI Automarking
Teachers also have the option to enable Newton AI Automarking for assessments. When activated, Newton AI can automatically mark student responses and generate marks and feedback. Teachers still retain full control, as they can review the AI-generated marks and feedback and override or adjust them as needed before publishing results.


Teacher-Only Resources
 For Mathematics, Biology, Business Management, Chemistry, and Physics, teachers have access to exclusive Teacher-Only Resources that are not directly visible to students. These can be added to assessments for additional practice and evaluation.


Students can complete assessments in several ways:

  • Write solutions on paper and upload them using the Photo Uploader
  • Enter answers directly using the Drawing Tool (some questions have available grids or images where students can draw over)
  • Use Handwritten Math, which converts handwriting into mathematical symbols
  • Use Type Math, our on-screen keyboard for typed mathematical responses
